There is a growing belief that PE and school sport can make a major contribution to many agendas – educational achievement, public health, community cohesion and, of course, sporting performance at the highest level.

We want to help young people to live healthy and active lives and to be the best they can be. Sport can be used as a great way to help them achieve this.

UK organisation which promotes and maintains high standards of physical education. Provides access to resources, professional learning courses, strategies and curriculum developments for primary, secondary and 14-19s.

Nottingham City School 2010 Swimming Programme Website
The Nottingham School Swimming Programme operates across all of the City Council swimming pools. The programme is coordinated centrally by the Sport, Outdoor Learning and Sustainability Team and provides a learning framework from non-swimmer to advanced levels.
